We are a member of the Manheim group of companies. Our company has had extensive experience in the export field and because of that we manage all of Manheim’s export services. Our web portal allows foreign clients to gain access to over 100,000 vehicles daily from the world’s most respected wholesale auto auctions. After registration the client is given the ability to bid and purchase vehicles.

Export Trader will arrange for purchased vehicles to be shipped from the auction to the port by truck or rail and then by ship to your desired port using your choice of Ro-Ro or Container. We supply inspections, pictures, insurance, financing and anything that is required for the safe and secure delivery of your vehicle.

The Export Trader experience is unique. You can manage the entire process, from purchase to shipping using only your mouse and keyboard. All transactions are available to you online, and can be tracked from auction to the port of discharge. Export Trader representatives speak many languages and are always ready to answer specific inquiries.

In order to use our services to bid on a vehicle that is displayed on this site you must agree to the terms and conditions described below:

• There is a registration fee of per year of US$150
• There is a required REFUNDABLE deposit of 10% of the value of the car. The minimun deposit must be at least US$1000

This is the way it works:

• You read through our website and if you decide that you are comfortable with our arrangement then go to registration (the last link on the silver bar).
• Complete the registration process.
• You will receive a return email in which you will confirm that the information is correct and you wish to proceed.
• At the point of confirmation you will receive an invoice for US$150 and a login and password to gain all of the information on the vehicles that are for sale. We call this a looker and allows complete information searches but no bidding privileges.
• When we Export Trader receives full payment by wire or credit card you will have the ability to place an offer(bid) on the vehicle. Click here to pay. Our representatives will monitor this offer.
• Upon placing a successful offer and winning the vehicle, you will be informed immediately and the payment and a US$295 transaction fee is due in our bank account within 5 calendar days.

Export Trader will suggest or make arrangements for every service that is required for you to receive the vehicle purchased. The following services are available:

• Insurance placement
• Export Documents
• Title document transfers
